📋 Mandatory Guest Registration Prior to Arrival
In accordance with Spanish legislation, each guest is required to complete a registration form before arrival.
This obligation applies to short-term stays of up to 10 days and also includes children.
The form is short, takes only a few minutes to complete, and is used solely for mandatory guest registration with the relevant authorities.

🏠 House Rules
🔑 Check-in / Check-out
Check-in from 3:00 PM – earlier check-in available upon request.
Check-out by 11:00 AM – later check-out possible by prior arrangement.Upon arrival, guests are kindly asked to confirm their check-in via WhatsApp and let us know if everything is in order.
Important: Proper cleaning and smooth guest turnover are essential.
Keys must be returned to the key locker box (detailed instructions available in the guest guide).
A QR code is located under the key locker lid – use it for online check-in and check-out.

- Strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the terrace
- Smoking is only allowed outside, next to the terrace
- Smart smoke detectors are installed
- Violation → fine up to €500
👥 Additional Guests
- Every additional guest must be reported in advance.
- Unregistered guests may result in an extra fee.
🐕 Pets
- Pets are generally not allowed.
- Exceptions are possible only with prior agreement.
🛠️ Guest Responsibility
- Guests are required to report any issues or damages immediately.
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property or its equipment.
