🎁 Discounts for Longer Stays

Available only outside the high season – discounts for longer stays are not available from June to September.

• 7 nights or more: 5% discount
• 14 nights or more: 10% discount
• 30 nights or more: 20% discount

Discounts of 5%, 10% and 20% are available individually upon request. Simply contact us and we will be happy to prepare a tailor-made offer for your stay.

For longer stays, the cleaning fee is charged once upon arrival.

📌 Stay Information

• Minimum stay outside the high season: 3 nights
• Minimum stay during the high season (July–August): 6 nights
• Cleaning fee: €100 per stay

No security deposit is required. Longer stays of 7+, 14+ or 30+ nights can be booked throughout the year. Discounts for longer stays are available only outside the high season; no long-stay discounts apply from June to September.
